Heritage Meats

           All of our meats are processed by hand at
a federally inspected facility. 
We raise our hogs the old-fashioned way.
Outside in the sunshine with plenty of room to root and roam. We raise a cross of the Large Black and a Duroc & Berkshire cross. This cross makes for a truly exceptional taste. Fed with our own
non-GMO feed, our pigs are happy and healthy.
Our lamb is from our own flock of Katahdin sheep. They are grass fed, along with our non-GMO feed. Our flock is still growing, so the availability of
our lamb is limited.
